Comfort Foods
Chicken Fried Steak:
A down-home favorite, our cubed steak
is breaded and fried to order. Served
with pepper gravy and mashed potatoes,
vegetables du jour and bread.
Meatloaf: Made from scratch,
flavorful ground beef loaf like Mama used
to make. Served with mashed potatoes,
pepper gravy, vegetable du jour and bread.
Southern Fried Chicken:
A regional American classic, crisp battered,
fried chicken served with mashed potatoes,
gravy, vegetable du jour and bread.

Bread
Chicken Breast: Golden
brown breast of chicken grilled over open
flame, served plain or with GP's special
Teriyaki sauce or Texas-style BBQ sauce.
Pork Chops: Hand cut and dry-rub seasoned; these tender twin chops are charbroiled to perfection.
St. Louis Ribs: “Falling off the bone” tender pork ribs
have been dry rub seasoned before “meetin’ the heat,” low and slow, then glazed with our house made chipotle peach bbq sauce. Full or half racks.

Bread
Rainbow Trout: Sauteed
mountain-fresh, deboned trout, enhanced
with herbs and served with lemon. Includes

stir-fried vegetables, with your choice
of meat, served over bed of rice.
Burgers
Served with fries.
Big Burger: Charbroiled
choice beef patty on a fresh bun with
lettuce, tomato, onion and a Kosher dill
pickle.
Buffalo Burger: All-meat
flavor with only half the fat of turkey
or chicken, our charbroiled ground bison
patty comes on a fresh bun with lettuce,
tomato, onion and a Kosher dill pickle.
Gardenburger: Gourmet
blend of fresh mushrooms, onions, oats,
brown rice and low fat cheeses on a fresh
bun.
Sandwiches
